This is the Kosher-iest for-Passover-iest matzo of them all! Hand-baked the extremely old-fashioned way, with carefully guarded flour, rested water, and just the right amount of fire-kissed char.
It’s well-done. On purpose. Crackly, blistered, and not messing around – because for this week, tradition really matters. This is what you bring to the Seder when you want to look charming, correct, and thoughtful.
Produced in very limited quantities from a recently resettled in Romania Ukranian outfit. This is not a “make a million of them” situation. Get yours while you can.

We ship select items nationwide from Brooklyn, NY. Please note: we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping is available at a flat rate of $25, with expedited and overnight options available at checkout.
At checkout, you’ll choose your shipping speed and ship date (the date your order leaves us), not the delivery date. Most orders arrive within 1–2 days of the selected ship date, even when Standard Shipping is selected.
To protect perishable items, ship dates are available Monday and Thursday and may be limited during warmer periods. Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable deliveries.
