Located in Old Chatham, NY in the heart of the Hudson River Valley, Beth's Farm Kitchen has made small batch jams and condiments since 1982. Each batch is handmade and dedicated to honoring farmers by preserving the true taste of the local harvest. 8oz jars.
Cherry Apricot: Our favorite pairing with Grana, Parm and Pecorino. Natural Ingredients: apricots, sour cherries, cane sugar, fruit pectin.
Plum:Plums, cane sugar, and pectin. That's it!
