Bean to bar, made with just cocoa beans and sugar; no added cocoa butter, lecithin, or vanilla. Free of soy, dairy, eggs, and gluten, and it is made in a factory that does not process nuts.
Anamalia, India 70%: Beans from the 2018 harvest, tasting of kumquat and hojicha milk tea.
Maya Mountain, Belize 70%- Beans from the 2022 harvest, tasting of fresh strawberry, honey, and cheesecake.
Maya Mountain, Belize 85% - Beans from the 2023 harvest, roasted at a higher temperature for a punchy berry flavor.
Kokoa Kamili, Tanzania 70%: Beans from the 2021 harvest, tasting of kiwi, creme fraiche, and honeysuckle.
Costa Esmeraldas, Ecuador 85%:Beans from the 2022 harvest, tasting of dark chocolate, pomelo, and clotted cream.
Camino Verde, Ecuador 100%: Beans from the 2023 harvest with a medium roast to deepen its flavor.
Semuliki Forest, Uganda 70%: Beans from the 2022 harvest with notes of cacao-fruit nectar, banana, and cream cheese.
Tumaco, Colombia 70%: These beans come from the Tumaco region of Colombia, where a small company called Cacao Hunters encourages cacao diversity by working with farmers to cultivate regional varieties.

We ship nationwide via FedEx via Ground or 2 Day Express. Shipping is free for subscriptions and orders $95+. All others ship for a flat $25 rate.
