1000 day aged, small batch Gouda from a single herd cow's milk.It is known for its intense sweetness, with prominent notes of caramel, butterscotch, and toffee. You may also notice meaty, nutty, and fruity undertones. Pair with port or a stout. If you're feeling adventurous, great melted over apple pie or a great grilled cheese.
