Mirzam Chocolate

In the countryside of Andalusia, a well travelled spice trader kept a secret courtyard where all the seeds he collected from his adventures along the Spice Route were planted and carefully nurtured. Fragrant flowers, fruit trees, fragrant herbs and nuts grew in rows behind the high walls of the garden alongside fountains, that were harvested and enjoyed, covered in a thick coating of chocolate. Mirzam Falooda White Chocolate w/ Rose & Pistachio:A smooth white chocolate sprinkled with chia seeds, bright green pistachios, and crunchy rose candy inspired by Falooda, a dessert originally spread by the Mughal Empire in the Indian subcontinent reserved for royals. The dessert is now commonly enjoyed by everyone and is made with rose syrup, vermicelli, sweet basil seeds, and milk. 

Mirzam uses granite wheels to grind roasted single-origin cacao beans from Vietnam, Indonesia, Madagascar, Papua New Guinea and India.
