Karlie's Gratitude from Arethusa Farm Dairy is made in the tradition of French farmhouse Camembert with a recipe developed over 25 years by head cheesemaker, Chris Casiello. Aged for 4-8 weeks on the farm in Litchfield, CT this cheese is named after the farm's prized show cow, Karlie and earned First in its category at the 2024 American Cheese Society Judging and Competition.
We ship select items nationwide from Brooklyn, NY. Please note: we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping is available at a flat rate of $25, with expedited and overnight options available at checkout.
At checkout, you’ll choose your shipping speed and ship date (the date your order leaves us), not the delivery date. Most orders arrive within 1–2 days of the selected ship date, even when Standard Shipping is selected.
To protect perishable items, ship dates are available Monday and Thursday and may be limited during warmer periods. Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable deliveries.
