Bello Rustico  uses a classic recipe of flour, water, yeast, sea salt, and a drizzle of high quality extra virgin olive oil from Puglia’s famous olive oil capital, Bitonto, for these simple bites. Made from fresh dough rolled thin and then oven-baked until golden brown and perfectly crisp.  Comes in Traditional and Parm & Pecorino.
