Blakesville Farm and Creamery in Wisconsin began crafting farmstead cheeses in the summer of 2020 and is producing some of our favorites, already. This fresh chèvre is bright, clean, and super spreadable. Spread it on crostini, serve simply with crackers and olives, blend with fresh herbs for bruschetta, dollop on pizzas or pastas, or combine with fresh berries for dessert. We also love it on bagels and sub it on anything calling for cream cheese. 6oz cups
