Isigny Sainte-Mère Mimolette is made from the finest Normandy milks. These are distinguished by their exceptional richness, high fat content, high levels of protein and vitamins, as well as by their lactic bacterial flora that is characteristic of the Isigny terroir. The orange color comes from the fruit of the anatto tree, which is grown mainly in Central America. It's used to give the Mimolette just the right color.

We ship select items nationwide via FedEx Ground or Two Day. Please note: we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping is free on orders $95+ and all subscriptions. All other orders ship for a flat rate of $25.
At checkout, you’ll choose your ship date (the date your order leaves us), not the delivery date. Most orders arrive within 48 hours of this date, and all orders containing cheese are packed to ensure delivery within this window.
To protect perishable items, ship dates are available Monday through Thursday and may be limited during warmer periods. Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable deliveries.
