Lunch: An “East Coast” version of a West Coast-style IPA. Intense hop flavors and aromas of tropical and citrus fruits and pine dominate. A subtle malt sweetness brings the beer into balance. 7% ABV

Woods & Waters: Strong fruity aroma upfront (melon, pineapple),Citrus (pink grapefruit). Pungent (onion, garlic), subtle pine with a faint malt grain sweetness. 6.2% ABV

Son of Sapping Mammoth- India Pale Ale. Born of a collaboration with Half Acre in 2014. This IPA has since become as legendary as the creature that first graced its label. With friendship in mind, the recipe has been refreshed to feature locally grown grains from Blue Ox and Maine Malt House  Bright tropical fruit (pineapple, guava), citrus (lemon, grapefruit), grassy, onion/garlic. Hops of Citra, Cryo Citra, Mosaic, Centennial, HBC 522

Spring-Spring is their take on an American IPA, tailored to days when we start looking forward to warmer weather. Utilizing Cascade, Amarillo, Simcoe, and Eukuanot hops, Spring has floral hop aromas amd notes of citrus, tropical fruit, and mixed berries

Wolfe's Neck IPA is a 6.5% ABV India Pale Ale brewed by Maine Beer Company Conservation Series to celebrate and support the  Wolfe's Neck Center for Agriculture & the Environment, a nonprofit focused on regenerative farming and land conservation.
