A family run business for over 50 years, Mon Pari Gourmand produces some of France's best confections. Their caramels are slow cooked at low temperatures for a soft and smooth bite. 

Ingredients:

• Hazelnut - glucose syrup, sugar, whole milk, butter 9%, hazelnut paste, sorbitol, invert sugar, natural vanilla flavor 0,03%, hazelnut 18%.
• Vanilla - glucose syrup, sugar, whole milk, churned butter 9%, cocoa butter, sorbitol, invert sugar, vanilla extract 0.6%. 
• Chocolate - Glucose syrup, sugar, whole milk , churned butter  9%, cocoa paste 4%, invert sugar, sorbitol, cocoa extract.
• Plain - Glucose syrup, sugar, whole milk , churned butter  9%, cocoa butter, sorbitol.
  
• Gingerbread - Glucose syrup, sugar, whole milk , churned butter  9%, cocoa butter, sorbitol, Gingerbread spices
