Andrea Bezzecchi of Acetaia San Giacomo is recognized as an award-winning producer of exceptional balsamic vinegars in the Reggio Emilia district of Italy. Acetaia San Giacomo is a place strongly rooted in the territory. The barrels and their daily work are housed in the Corte Faragosa, a farmhouse in the Emilian countryside that has its origins in the mid-1500s. Try this incredible Italian flavor:
Saba: A luxurious syrup made by slow cooking only grape "must" over a direct flame until it is reduced to a third. Saba has a wonderful raisiny, caramel flavor. Its slight sweetness makes it the perfect thing to drizzle on soft cheeses.

We offer National Shipping during checkout on our website. Our Shipping policy applies to Shipping orders only and not Local Delivery.
Your order will ship via FedEx Two Day or FedEx Ground. Perishable items including chocolate in the warmer months are sent with ice packs.
Online shipping orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Currently there is a flat rate fee of $25 for all shipping orders. Cheese Club ship for free. If a gift basket is included in your order, your entire order will ship for free if the items fit in one box.
