From the Loire Valley in France, Selles sur Cher is a small round goat's milk cheese with an ash-coated wrinkly rind first made in the 19th Century. A mild and mushroomy paste.
At BKLYN Larder we source from Jacquin, a 4th generation family run producer of some of France's best cheeses since 1947 with goat's milk sourced locally from 50 farms, all within driving distance of their creamery.
