Comté Saint Antoine, arguably the most famous Comté, is ripened for 16 to 24 months in the Saint Antoine Fortress close to Pontarlier at an altitude of 1000 meters. Considered the best cheese in its category, with unique rich aromas, this milk comes from small dairies and a select few herds of Montbeliard cows.

Shipping is available at a flat rate of $25, with expedited and overnight options available at checkout.
At checkout, you’ll choose your shipping speed and ship date (the date your order leaves us), not the delivery date. Most orders arrive within 1–2 days of the selected ship date, even when Standard Shipping is selected.
To protect perishable items, ship dates are available Monday and Thursday and may be limited during warmer periods. Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable deliveries.
