Olive Caesar Wrap

The Olive Caesar Wrap is a new twist on our classic Kale Caesar Salad, now infused with the briny, savory kick of Castelvetrano olives. 

We start with a generous portion of house-made Kale Caesar Salad, made vegetarian with an umami-rich dressing using smoked dulse and vegan Worcestershire sauce, enhanced with a bit of red onion, Grana Padano, and a crunchy Gremolata of bread crumbs, Garlic, Butter, Lemon, and Arbequina Olive Oil and Salt. Then we the most important ingredient - chopped Castelvetrano olives.  Finally, the whole thing is delivered in a lightly toasted flour tortilla wrap.
