Unna was inspired by her Grandmother Rut's Swedish butter cookies to bake the Unna Bakery collection in NYC.
Brown Butter: Award-winning cookies made with chunks of almond for an intensely buttery honeyed almond and vanilla bean aroma. They have a crumbly, crunchy, crispy and satisfying consistency. INGREDIENTS: Unbleached flour, butter, cane sugar, syrup, vanilla sugar, almonds, baking soda, white distilled vinegar.
Raspberry Jam Drop - A buttery and rich shortbread cookie filled with a sweet and tart raspberry jam. Made with real butter, never palm oil, soy or preservatives. INGREDIENTS: Unbleached flour, butter, cane sugar, raspberry jam, vanilla sugar, salt, white distilled vinegar. Contains milk and wheat.
The product was made in a facility that also handles eggs, soy, treenuts and peanuts.
