Locally Sourced Goffle Farms (Pennsylvania) Turkeys are deboned, dry brined and rolled around our signature stuffing. White and dark meat is cooked and ready to be reheated with a few simple steps to make your Thanksgiving table shine. Serves 3-5.
Reheating instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350. Place the wrapped roll on a baking sheet and allow to come to room temp. Place in the center of the oven. Warm through for about 20 minutes, checking with a thermometer that the internal temperature reaches 160F. Remove the foil and turn up the oven to 400 to evenly brown the skin. Remove from the oven and let rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
All deliveries will arrive between 9am and noon on Wednesday the 26th, regardless of the time you select at checkout, no exceptions.
Pick up will start at 9AM on the 27th and end at 1PM regardless of time selected at check out. No Exceptions.
