Appenzeller is an AOC protected raw milk, cooked, pressed, washed rind cheese known for its dense creaminess and light spice. It's made in only 60 dairies who follow a strict recipe including the secret brine made with 42 herbs and spices. Creameries mark the age of each wheel with a different color label. Appenzeller White, aged for three months, is the youngest version with extra cream added to the paste creating a smooth texture and delicate flavor. A great snacking cheese and a must for any fondue pot.

We ship select items nationwide via FedEx Ground or Two Day. Please note: we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping is free on orders $95+ and all subscriptions. All other orders ship for a flat rate of $25.
At checkout, you’ll choose your ship date (the date your order leaves us), not the delivery date. Most orders arrive within 48 hours of this date, and all orders containing cheese are packed to ensure delivery within this window.
To protect perishable items, ship dates are available Monday through Thursday and may be limited during warmer periods. Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable deliveries.
