Chevrerousse d'Argental

A creation of Master Cheesemaker, Jean-Claude Guilloteau, who also happens to be responsible for all the d'Affinois cheeses, Chèvrerousse d’Argental is a mash up of the famous Chèvre d’Argental with a pretty orange anatto rind.  The longer it matures, the more supple, creamy and easy to spread it becomes.
