Classic gravy, gluten and dairy free. The perfect accompaniment to pour over Christmas ham. One Pint - serves up to 8 people once thinned. To reheat, pour gravy in small sauce pot. Whisk over low heat until smooth. Adding a bit of water, stock, wine or drippings will loosen consistency to help smooth it out.
Please note that the gravy is made with corn starch. The consistency can be quite gelatinous when cold, but should become silky after heating. Any residual lumps are perfectly normal, but can be strained out. Do not leave on stove for to long without stirring to prevent gravy from burning.
