A soft, star-shaped biscuit decorated with royal icing made with almonds, hazelnuts, honey, and cinnamon. Originally named the "Zimtsterne" in the Alsace dialect is a popular hit during Christmas Markets. We love that it's also a Star of David, perfect as Hanukkah and Christmas overlap this year.
