Ryan and Kristin Wagner handcraft these salamis in the Driftless Region of SW Wisconsin with real ingredients, always free of artificial additives and fillers. Driftless is always nitrate free and exclusively sources humanely-raised, heritage breed Berkshire hogs free of antibiotics and growth hormones, and locally sourced grass-fed beef, honey and maple syrup.

Elk Cacciatore - Salami made with elk and humanely-raised, heritage pork, Pinot Grigio, coriander, & mace.
Venison Salami Picante - Salami made with venison and humanely-raised, heritage pork, fennel, Pinot Noir, & red pepper.

We ship select items nationwide from Brooklyn, NY. Please note: we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping is available at a flat rate of $25, with expedited and overnight options available at checkout.
At checkout, you’ll choose your shipping speed and ship date (the date your order leaves us), not the delivery date. Most orders arrive within 1–2 days of the selected ship date, even when Standard Shipping is selected.
To protect perishable items, ship dates are available Monday and Thursday and may be limited during warmer periods. Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable deliveries.
