Adam Dick and Dustin Taylor, founded their craft chocolate company in 2010 with the belief that the finest chocolate in the world can be made using just two ingredients, organic cacao and organic cane sugar. Each step of the process is done with intention to honor the beauty of the cacao bean. Deeply rooted in a background of woodworking and boat building, Dick Taylor has always loved working with their hands. The concept of craft has been a guiding principle in their lives and can be found in the fine letterpress packaging, gold rappers, and delicious taste.

Fleur de Sel 73%- Guatemalan sea salt with northerner Madagascan and Brazilian cacao blend 73% dark chocolate from Fazenda Camboa & the Akesson plantation. The sea salt is hand-harvested by Bitterman Salt Co. and lends a subtle and delicate flavor. Vegan and Gluten Free.

Belize 72% - Cacao from the Maya Mountain, a small co-op in the Toledo district in southern Belize working with local Mayan farmers to improve not only the quality of the cacao they farm but also their quality of life. This award-winning bar is wonderfully nuanced and full of floral and dried fruit notes. Vegan and Gluten Free.

We ship nationwide via FedEx via Ground or 2 Day Express. Shipping is free for subscriptions and orders $95+. All others ship for a flat $25 rate.
