Mill Pepper Co. sources vine ripened, hand picked pepper from small organic farms in Kampot, Cambodia. Their pepper vines are fertilized using horse manure and bat guano from the mountains Outside of Kep and harvested between February and May each year.
Green Salt Cured Kampot Pepper- Hand picked when green and cured in Cambodian Sea Salt from just down the road from the farm. Each seed pops with flavor almost like a soft bursting mustard seed leaving a lasting finish of deep pepper on the tongue.

We ship nationwide via FedEx via Ground or 2 Day Express. Shipping is free for subscriptions and orders $95+. All others ship for a flat $25 rate.
You may select Mon–Thurs ship dates at checkout; we may limit days as needed to protect perishables. Please note: you are choosing the ship date, not the arrival date.
