It's a small Cheese & Provisions world and we keep in touch with many small shops just like ours. Talbott & Arding is an all time favorite, run by Kate and Mona, two wonderful women who curate an amazing selection and offer delicious seasonal prepared foods, just like us! When they stopped producing their unique crackers, we were crushed. So we are beyond delighted they've brought them back and we can now bring them to you once again.
These house-made crackers created by Mona are the result of a collaborative philosophy, using only regionally sourced ingredients to complement the unique flavors of cheeses selected by Kate. Both flavors are made with organic flour from Farmer Ground in Trumansburg, NY and come in 5oz packages.
Seeded Spelt - Generously topped with toasted fennel, poppy and sesame seeds, these crackers should be a staple for every pantry. They are the perfect companion for camembert-style cheeses or soft, fresh goat cheeses.
Spelt - Coarsely ground spelt flour is an ancient form of wheat with a distinctively nutty flavor. Crunchy and salty, these c rackers are ideal served with a soft washed-rind cheese or alongside pâtés and rillettes.

Nationwide Shipping
We ship select items nationwide from Brooklyn, NY. Please note: we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping is available at a flat rate of $25, with expedited and overnight options available at checkout.
At checkout, you’ll choose your shipping speed and ship date (the date your order leaves us), not the delivery date. Most orders arrive within 1–2 days of the selected ship date, even when Standard Shipping is selected.
To protect perishable items, ship dates are available Monday and Thursday and may be limited during warmer periods. Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable deliveries.
