This Limited Edition EVOO is sourced and cold extracted from 100% Koroneiki olives grown in Pyrgos, Greece, the northwestern region of the Peloponnese. The olives have a uniquely green and purple hue when harvested in late November, producing a smooth and balanced flavor. The fruity aroma, mild in taste and slightly peppery finish makes Primus perfect for cooking, baking, drizzling, and dipping!
