Located in Old Chatham, NY in the heart of the Hudson River Valley, Beth's Farm Kitchen has made small batch jams and condiments since 1982. Each batch is handmade and dedicated to honoring farmers by preserving the true taste of the local harvest. 2oz jars.
Fig: Just four ingredients for a simple but hearty taste: figs, cane sugar, pectin. Try it with Foxglove.
Cherry Apricot: Our favorite pairing with Grana, Parm and Pecorino. Natural Ingredients: apricots, sour cherries, cane sugar, fruit pectin.
Plum:Plums, cane sugar, and pectin. That's it!
Triple Fruit Marmalade: Medium cut sun-ripened tender peels in a traditional British spread for a touch of bitterness. Goes great with Gouda, from Signature 2-Year to Jake's Baby. Natural Ingredients: cane sugar, grapefruit, oranges, lemons
