POP Mustards

A perfect blend of mustard seeds and IPA to create citrus-floral flavors with a hint of hops. The addition of pickled jalapeños and lime just puts it over the top. Try it with grilled cheese. The POP, acidity & mustard flavors provide a perfect balance. This mustard is so versatile, from easy vinaigrettes, deviled eggs, or garnish on smoked fish. 

Original IPA Mustard: Whole grain yellow & brown mustard seeds infused with cider vinegar & Big Cat IPA, from Collision Bend Brewing Company, Cleveland, OH. Flavored with pickled jalapeno's (not spicy-hot) and Kaffir limes. 

• Ingredients: vinegar, mustard seeds, beer(water, barley, hops), jalapeño peppers, sugar, salt, spices

Smoked: Low and slow applewood smoked yellow mustard seeds in a spicy tomato-cider. Sweet, spicy & savory. Try this on lobster rolls, grilled steaks or add to your deviled eggs.
