Tomme Brulee, Half Wheel - Made from raw sheep's milk by Master affineur Rodolphe Le Meunier from a wheel of Petit Basque aged for three months then gently flamed on the rind for a grassy, sweet and rich caramel flavor.
Tete De Moine, Half Wheel - The cheese the girolle was invented for over eight centuries ago. Made by monks in Switzerland from raw cow's milk with an intense fruity paste and funky rind.

We offer National Shipping during checkout on our website. Our Shipping policy applies to Shipping orders only and not Local Delivery.
Your order will ship via FedEx Two Day or FedEx Ground. Perishable items including chocolate in the warmer months are sent with ice packs.
Online shipping orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Currently there is a flat rate fee of $25 for all shipping orders. Cheese Club ship for free. If a gift basket is included in your order, your entire order will ship for free if the items fit in one box.
