All of Tulip Tree's products are made by hand, using microbial rennet that is vegetarian-friendly, with milk from Country Meadows Farm, a sixth generation grazing dairy farm located in northeast Indiana. A majority of the herd at Country Meadows Farm are a2 producing.
Trillium is a triple cream, bloomy-rind cheese inspired by the French classics, Camembert & Brie. It has a soft buttery texture with rich smooth flavors & gentle lactic tones.
