We brine, season and roast these chickens locally raised on New Jersey and Pennsylvania family farms. Never caged, these free roaming birds are part of the "Never Ever Program" - never given antibiotics, steroids or hormones. They are fed an exclusively vegetarian diet sourced from neighboring farms, and each chicken is carefully processed by hand. Serves 2-4
