Sol Cacao is an artisan “bean to bar” chocolate manufacturer that crafts single origin chocolate bars in the South Bronx (Port Morris). Founded by three brothers, Dominic, Nicholas and Daniel, Sol Cacao offers four chocolate bars that are made only from three simple ingredients. The Company prides itself in both the quality of its product as well as environmental and ethical social responsibilities Sol Cacao is based on. This includes sustainable organic farming practices, environmental preservation, and ethical sourcing of raw materials.

Ecuador 70%: Notes of Vanilla, and a variety of nutty notes.
Madagascar 72%: A range of berry notes with a winey finish.
Peru 70%: Silky smooth complemented by fruity and light citrus notes.
Columbia 70%: Earthy, Nutty and Savory
Nationwide Shipping
We ship select items nationwide from Brooklyn, NY. Please note: we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping is available at a flat rate of $25, with expedited and overnight options available at checkout.
At checkout, you’ll choose your shipping speed and ship date (the date your order leaves us), not the delivery date. Most orders arrive within 1–2 days of the selected ship date, even when Standard Shipping is selected.
To protect perishable items, ship dates are available Monday and Thursday and may be limited during warmer periods. Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable deliveries.
