Mac and Cheese | Catering

Keep all items refrigerated until ready to reheat.
Remove all plastic lids and non-oven-safe packaging. Transfer food to an oven-safe dish.
Heating times are estimates; ovens and portion sizes vary.
Unless otherwise noted, reheat cooked foods to an internal temperature of 165°F, measured with a food thermometer.

Cover and heat in a 375°F oven for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the pasta is hot throughout.
Remove from the oven and stir thoroughly. Sprinkle the included breadcrumbs over the top. Return to the oven, uncovered, for about 5 minutes, or until the breadcrumbs are toasted and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
