Fourth generation, certified master cheese maker Sid Cook makes American original cheeses for Carr Valley. This creamery, nestled amongst the rolling hills and lush pastures of central Wisconsin for over one-hundred years now brings us the best of both worlds: chocolate cheese! Savory and sweet, similar to a fudge, but ultra creamy, try this with berries for a decadent Valentine's. Once you try it, you’ll come back for more. It has been a favorite amongst our retail customers for many years.

We ship select items nationwide from Brooklyn, NY. Please note: we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping is available at a flat rate of $25, with expedited and overnight options available at checkout.
At checkout, you’ll choose your shipping speed and ship date (the date your order leaves us), not the delivery date. Most orders arrive within 1–2 days of the selected ship date, even when Standard Shipping is selected.
To protect perishable items, ship dates are available Monday and Thursday and may be limited during warmer periods. Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable deliveries.
