Our house-made shortbread cookies make a great snack on the go or slathered with cheese. Packaged with a bow, they make a great gift, too.
Chocolate: 60% TCHO Chocolate is folded into a chocolatey buttery dough, then rolled, sliced and baked with Maldon salt. Delicate in texture, rich in flavor. Also- a perfect pairing with a a triple cream like St. Stephen.
Lemon: Baked fresh with Larder-made lemon curd in the middle for extra zing and sweetness.
Rosemary: A touch of fresh rosemary is added to our classic buttery dough for a savory and herby treat.
Vanilla: A hint of Vanilla in every bite. Each cookie is edged in Brown Sugar for an additional caramel warmth.
