Do you want the joy of cooking your Thanksgiving Turkey without the worry of seasoning and preparation? Our Executive Chef is brining a limited number of Turkeys in the Larder kitchen to sell to you uncooked. Just take them home and slide them in the oven. Uncooked turkeys are 13-15 lbs before deboning and cleaning. After cooking they will loose an additions 25-33% in weight.
Serves approximately 6-8 people.
Cooking Instructions: Remove turkey from bag and place on roasting rack. Allow to come to room temperature while your oven preheats to 375F. Place Turkey (and any aromatics you wish to stuff it or roast it with) in the oven for two to three hours. Be sure to use a calibrated meat thermometer and check the legs and the breast. The internal temperature should be at least 165F. Remove from oven, allow to rest up to one hour before carving.
