

Our 13-15 lb turkeys (prior to trussing and cooking) are locally sourced from Goffle Farms in Pennsylvania. We brine the bird for you, for an extra moist finish.
To Cook:
Preheat the oven to 425F. Place turkey on a roasting pan. DO NOT SEASON WITH SALT.
For additional flavor, add aromatic herbs, onion, or citrus to the cavity (this will increase the cooking time). Roast in the oven for 90 minutes to 3 hours. Check both the breast and the thighs have reached an internal temperature of 165F. Remove from the oven and allow to rest up to an hour before carving. It is not recommended that you use the drippings as they may be too salty. Also note that bloodlines near the joints may appear undercooked, even if the rest of the meat is over 165F.
**Please Note** After dressing and cooking meat generally weighs up to a third less than the uncooked weight. For larger parties, turkey lovers and hungry people we recommend adding a turkey roll or lots of sides! One Turkey should serve 6-8 people.
All deliveries will arrive between 9am and noon on Wednesday the 26th, regardless of the time you select at checkout, no exceptions.
Pick up will start at 9AM on the 27th and end at 1PM regardless of time selected at check out. No Exceptions.
