Cafe Integral Coffee Beans

Founded in 2012, Cafe Integral partners with Nicaraguan farmers to produce coffee with depth and balance.  We serve Dulcinea in store.

Dulcineais Cafe Integral's flagship blend with an ever shifting profile as the beans grow and change with the seasons. This edition is a classic Dipilto profile from a farm in the volcanic clays of Laguna. You'll find notes of red cherry, citrus, and nutty dark chocolate and can be brewed for an approachable espresso, too. 70% La Argentina - washed and 30% El Bosque - pulped natural.

El Porvenir features the Pacamará bean, a notoriously diverse varietal. Sergio Ortez propagates the rare yellow Pacamará and this pack is his first harvest of this rarity. This subtle and delicate aromatic brew features notes of roasted cacao and sweet balsamic vinegar with elderflower, passion fruit and sour cherries on the sip.
