One of the oldest Italian cheeses, Taleggio is a soft washed rind cow's milk cheese, smear ripened and aged for at least 35 days. Casarrigoni uses raw milk from several small diaries located in Valtaleggio, Italy and processes at the local farmer’s cooperative. Charmingly simple, you'll taste flavors of local pastures reminiscent of old-time Taleggio.

We ship select items nationwide from Brooklyn, NY. Please note: we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping is available at a flat rate of $25, with expedited and overnight options available at checkout.
At checkout, you’ll choose your shipping speed and ship date (the date your order leaves us), not the delivery date. Most orders arrive within 1–2 days of the selected ship date, even when Standard Shipping is selected.
To protect perishable items, ship dates are available Monday and Thursday and may be limited during warmer periods. Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable deliveries.
