Graft Cider | BKLYN Larder Cheese & Provisions

Graft Cider

Graft Cider employs century-old European traditions of using wild yeast and bacteria to ferment to dryness. They then harness the flavor profiles created from this style of natural cider and develop unique and innovative styles which take a nod from some of the best craft beer producers in the world. Try these flavors at BKLYN Larder:

  • Field Rosé: Fruity, fizzy, and pours peachy pink. Light floral notes accompanied by dried fruit and natural sweetness 6.9% ABV
  • Book of Nomad: Portals of Peril -A limited edition exploratory fruited series with quarterly rotating flavors that never repeat. This edition is Amaro - a delightful mix of bitter and herbal infusions in alcohol. 6.9% ABV
  • Book of Nomad: Valley of the Moon - Tepaché Style Cider: Passionfruit, Coconut, and Pineapple 6.9% ABV
  • Snowdrift    - Riesling Strawberry Cherry. Co-fermented on top of sourced spent wine skins from Brotherhood Winery (the oldest winery in the States), which would have otherwise been added to the waste stream. This cider has body and a beautiful strawberry-hued color. 6.9% ABV
