This award-winning hard cheese from the Croation island of Pag is salty and tangy but balanced by subtle, sweet notes that come from the sheep’s milk its made from. The salt and aromatic herbs that go into the sheep's diet find their way into this full-flavored cheese. Aged for 12 months.

We ship select items nationwide from Brooklyn, NY. Please note: we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping is available at a flat rate of $25, with expedited and overnight options available at checkout.
At checkout, you’ll choose your shipping speed and ship date (the date your order leaves us), not the delivery date. Most orders arrive within 1–2 days of the selected ship date, even when Standard Shipping is selected.
To protect perishable items, ship dates are available Monday and Thursday and may be limited during warmer periods. Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable deliveries.
