Intergalactic is Perrystead Dairy’s award-winning, cube-shaped soft cheese, cave-ripened for 14 days. Its wrinkly Geotrichum candidum rind surrounds a rich, gooey creamline and a fluffy, pillowy core. The flavor is creamy and herbaceous, with a mild tang and a distinctive green olive-like finish. Made with vegetarian Iberian cardoon thistle rennet, Intergalactic combines Portuguese, Loire Valley, and Alpine cheesemaking traditions. It has received a Silver Medal at the World Cheese Awards and a Great Taste Award from the Guild of Fine Foods.

We ship select items nationwide from Brooklyn, NY. Please note: we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping is available at a flat rate of $25, with expedited and overnight options available at checkout.
At checkout, you’ll choose your shipping speed and ship date (the date your order leaves us), not the delivery date. Most orders arrive within 1–2 days of the selected ship date, even when Standard Shipping is selected.
To protect perishable items, ship dates are available Monday and Thursday and may be limited during warmer periods. Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable deliveries.
