Ruya Coffee

The phraseTurkish Coffee refers to the brewing method, not the beans used. Finely-ground coffee is briefly boiled in a long-handled copper called an ibrik. Then, the coffee is immediately poured into a small cup - resulting in a thick, textured brew.
  • Light Roast (from Colombia) with notes of Vanilla, Brown Sugar, and Jammy Fruits
  • Medium Roast (from Guatemala) with notes of Plum, Dark Cherry, and Chocolate
  • Dark Roast (from Papua New Guinea & Guatemala) with full-bodied notes of Dark Fruit and Chocolate
