Pork belly braised in tomato, tomatillo, garlic, onion, chiles, beer, oregano, and chipotle, then sliced and seared. Served with pickled red onions on a toasted seeded hero.

The leftover cooking liquid, deemed Liquid Gold, by our Front of House Manager, John, will be warmed and garnished with fresh cilantro and red onion and served along side it so that you may dip to your heart's content.
