Stony Pond Farm Swallow Tail Tomme

Stony Pond Farm in Vermont is one of several small family organic farms providing dairy to Organic Valley brands. Their rotating free roaming grass fed herd of Jersey, Devon, Ayrshire, and British White cows also serve their own creamery making award winning small batch cheeses.

Swallow Tail Tomme is inspired by the French farmhouse style, paying homage to the birds that return each spring to the farm as the cows head out to pasture. Made by Melanie, in small batches with milk still warm from our adorable Jersey cows, this creamy, buttery cheese aims to capture the unique flavors of our pastures. The cheese is a culmination and celebration of the whole farm ecosystem. A crowd friendly cheese, Swallow Tail Tomme is a true artisan table cheese.
