Txak Orlee is an Imperial Gose. The result of collaboration between Spanish beverage pros Ion Astiazaran (of Barrika fame), Ugaitz Nazabal, (who makes Balea Unfiltered) and a San Sebastian Microbrewery called Mala Gissona. Made with 30% Hondarrabi Zuri grape (the same grape used to make txakoli), salt from the famous saline springs in Alava (Salt Valley of Añana - Wikipedia) and Cascade Hops all sourced from Queen Country Hop Farm in Olite, Navarra. 750 ml bottle.
