Whole Roast Turkey | Catering

Our 13-15 lb turkeys  (prior to trussing and cooking) are locally sourced from Goffle Farms in Pennsylvania. We brine and roast them to perfection.

Arrives cold. To heat at home, place foiled covered turkey in the oven at 350 degrees for one hour, preferably on a slotted tray or baking rack. Remove foil for last 15 mins of heating.

**Please Note** After dressing and cooking meat generally weighs up to a third less than the uncooked weight.  For larger parties, turkey lovers and hungry people we recommend adding a turkey roll or lots of sides!  One Turkey should serve 6-8 people.

  • Orders canceled within 48 hours of requested pick up or delivery time can not be canceled.

All deliveries will arrive between 9am and noon on Wednesday the 27th or Thursday the 28th, regardless of the time you select at checkout, no exceptions. Make sure to select your preferred delivery day. 

Pick up will start at 9AM on the 28th and end at 1PM regardless of time selected at check out. No Exceptions.
