Pawlet is named for a small town in Vermont and made by 7th generation cheesemakers, the Leach Family. An Italian style toma, the cheese is made from Woodlawn Creamery's Holstein cows each born, fed, pastured, and milked on their farm. Enjoy a rich, grassy, earthy flavor with a typical washed rind funk. Great for snacking and melting.

Shipping is available at a flat rate of $25, with expedited and overnight options available at checkout.
At checkout, you’ll choose your shipping speed and ship date (the date your order leaves us), not the delivery date. Most orders arrive within 1–2 days of the selected ship date, even when Standard Shipping is selected.
To protect perishable items, ship dates are available Monday and Thursday and may be limited during warmer periods. Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable deliveries.
