Ziba brings us heirloom varieties of Afghani fruits, nuts and seeds passed down through generations with little human interference, and wild-grown products that have historically been available only to the most resourceful foragers. Contains no sulfites, preservatives, or additives outside the occasional Afghani salt.

• Dried Peaches & Nectarines - The dried nectarines are the delightfully tart Shabhnad variety that have a light, almost tropical flavor. The sweet heirloom peaches have a clear honey-like finish on the palate.
• Dried Herati Plums- Picked at the peak of ripeness in the heat of summer, offer a natural sweetness with a pleasantly tart, sour finish.
• Sun Dried Figs- Chewy and naturally sweet sun-dried figs grown in Afghanistan’s Kandahar province. More flavor and higher fiber content than California figs, they are fully ripened and sun-dried on the tree before being hand-picked and flattened into disks.
