G-Tom | Green Tomato and Mozzarella

Must be summer, the G-Tom is back!  This seasonal favorite features an artful blend of house-made tart pickled green tomatoes, chili flakes and creamy Lioni mozzarella, accented with fragrant herbs, arugula, extra-virgin olive oil and a splash of vinegar for a perfect picnic sandwich.  Now served on our house-made focaccia.
