Grilled Cheese - A melty mix of comté and cheddar on thick houe-made brioche (white bread for the kiddos) toasted with butter.
Pimento - Made with house made Pimento cheese spread (also sold in the fridge) and cheddar. Add preserved chilies to knock your socks off.
Onion Jam - Comté with a generous portion of Blackberry Farm Smoked Onion Jam. Like French Onion Soup on a plate.
